Ugly

Everyone in the apartment complex I lived in knew who Ugly was. Ugly was the resident tomcat.

Ugly loved three things in this world: fighting, eating garbage, and shall we say, love.

The combination of these things combined with a life spent outside had their effect on Ugly.

To start with, he had only one eye, and where the other should have been was a gaping hole. He was also missing his ear on the same side, his left foot has appeared to have been badly broken at one time, and had healed at an unnatural angle, making him look like he was always turning the corner.
His tail has long age been lost, leaving only the smallest stub, which he would constantly jerk and twitch. Ugly would have been a dark gray tabby striped-type, except for the sores covering his head, neck, and even his shoulders with thick, yellowing scabs. Every time someone saw Ugly there was the same reaction. “That’s one UGLY cat!!”
All the children were warned not to touch him, the adults threw rocks at him, hosed him down, squirted him when he tried to come in their homes, or shut his paws in the door when he would not leave. Ugly always had the same reaction. If you turned the hose on him, he would stand there, getting soaked until you gave up and quit. If you threw things at him, he would curl his lanky body around feet in forgiveness.
Whenever he spied children, he would come running meowing frantically and bump his head against their hands, begging for their love. If ever someone picked him up he would immediately begin suckling on your shirt, earrings, whatever he could find.
One day Ugly shared his love with the neighbor’s huskies. They did not respond kindly, and Ugly was badly mauled. From my apartment I could hear his screams, and I tried to rush to his aid. By the time I got to where he was laying, it was apparent Ugly’s sad life was almost at an end.
Ugly lay in a wet circle, his back legs and lower back twisted grossly out of shape, a gaping tear in the white strip of fur that ran down his front. As I picked him up and tried to carry him home I could hear him wheezing and gasping, and could feel him struggling. “I must be hurting him terribly,” I thought. Then I felt a familiar tugging, sucking sensation on my ear.
Ugly, in so much pain, suffering and obviously dying was trying to suckle my ear. I pulled him closer to me, and he bumped the palm of my hand with his head, then he turned his one golden eye towards me, and I could hear the distinct sound of purring. Even in the greatest pain, that ugly battled scarred cat was asking only for a little affection, perhaps some compassion.
At that moment I thought Ugly was the most beautiful, loving creature I had ever seen. Never once did he try to bite or scratch me, or even try to get away from me, or struggle in any way. Ugly just looked up at me completely trusting in me to relieve his pain.
Ugly died in my arms before I could get inside, but I sat and held him for a long time afterwards, thinking about how one scarred, deformed little stray could so alter my opinion about what it means to have true pureness of spirit, to love so totally and truly.
Ugly taught me more about giving and compassion than a thousand books, lectures, or talk show specials ever could, and for that I will always be thankful. He had been scarred on the outside, but I was scarred on the inside, and it was time for me to move on and learn to love truly and deeply.
It was time to give my all to those I cared for. Many people want to be richer, more successful, well liked, beautiful, but for me, I will always try to be like Ugly.

We may be ugly physically but at least you know and others knew who really you are. Know your health in insurance leads.

Fifteen Things God Won’t Ask

God won’t ask what kind of car you drove, but will ask how many people you drove who didn’t have transportation. God won’t ask the square footage of your house, but will ask how many people you welcomed into your home.
God won’t ask about the fancy clothes you had in your closet, but will ask how many of those clothes helped the needy.
God won’t ask about your social status, but will ask what kind of class you displayed.
God won’t ask how many material possessions you had, but will ask if they dictated your life.
God won’t ask what your highest salary was, but will ask if you compromised your character to obtain that salary.
God won’t ask how much overtime you worked, but will ask if you worked overtime for your family and loved ones.
God won’t ask how many promotions you received, but will ask how you promoted others.
God won’t ask what your job title was, but will ask if you reformed your job to the best of your ability.
God won’t ask what you did to help yourself, but will ask what you did to help others.
God won’t ask how many friends you had, but will ask how many people to whom you were a true friend.
God won’t ask what you did to protect your rights, but will ask what you did to protect the rights of others.
God won’t ask in what neighborhood you lived, but will ask how you treated your neighbors.
God won’t ask about the color of your skin, but will ask about the content of your character.
God won’t ask how many times your deeds matched your words, but will ask how many times they didn’t.

Taking care of our health need not to be ask when we are into insurance leads.

Lesson Learned

One day, the father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to the country with the express purpose of showing him how poor people live. They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family.
On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, “How was the trip?”
“It was great, Dad.”
“Did you see how poor people live?” the father asked.
“Oh yeah,” said the son.
“So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?” asked the father.
The son answered: “I saw that we have one dog and they had four. We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end. We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night. Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon.
“We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight.
“We have servants who serve us, but they serve others. We buy our food, but they grow theirs.
“We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to protect them.”
The boy’s father was speechless.
Then his son added, “Thanks Dad for showing me how poor we are.”

As long as we can work well on the things we ought to perform, we won't be considered poor especially when we are fit through insurance leads.

Just Five More Minutes

While at the park one day, a woman sat down next to a man on a bench near a playground.

“That’s my son over there,” she said, pointing to a little boy in a red sweater who was gliding down the slide.

“He’s a fine looking boy” the man said. “That’s my daughter on the bike in the white dress.”

Then, looking at his watch, he called to his daughter. “What do you say we go, Melissa?”

Melissa pleaded, “Just five more minutes, Dad. Please? Just five more minutes.”

The man nodded and Melissa continued to ride her bike to her heart’s content. Minutes passed and the father stood and called again to his daughter. “Time to go now?”

Again Melissa pleaded, “Five more minutes, Dad. Just five more minutes.”

The man smiled and said, “OK.”

“My, you certainly are a patient father,” the woman responded.

The man smiled and then said, “Her older brother Tommy was killed by a drunk driver last year while he was riding his bike near here. I never spent much time with Tommy and now I’d give anything for just five more minutes with him. I’ve vowed not to make the same mistake with Melissa.

She thinks she has five more minutes to ride her bike. The truth is, I get Five more minutes to watch her play.”

Sometimes Love Just Ain’t Enough

I discovered recently that i so love this song, especially when i hear it from Jennylyn Mercado.

I don’t wanna lose you, I don’t wanna use you
Just to have sombody by my side
And I don’t wanna hate you, I don’t wanna take you
But I don’t wanna be the one to cry

Pre-Chorus:

That don’t really matter, to anyone anymore
But like a fool I keep losing my place
And I keep seeing you walk through that door

Chorus 1:

But there’s a danger in loving somebody too much
And it’s sad when you know it’s your heart you can’t trust
There’s a reason why people don’t stay where they are
Baby, sometimes love just ain’t enough

Now I could never change you, I don’t wanna blame you
Baby you don’t have to take the fall
Yes I may have hurt you, but I did not desert you
Maybe I just wanna have it all

Pre-Chorus 2:

It makes a sound like thunder, it makes me feel like rain
And like a fool who will never see the truth
I keep thinking something’s gonna to change

Repeat Chorus 1
Bridge:

And there’s no way home
When it’s late at night and you’re all alone
Are there things that you wanted to say
Do you feel me beside you in your bed
There beside you where I used to lay

Chorus 2:

There’s a danger in loving sombody too much
And it’s sad when you know it’s your heart they can’t touch
There’s a reason why people don’t stay who they are
‘Cause baby sometimes love just ain’t enough

Baby sometimes love….it just ain’t….enough

Love just ain't enough, same as living is not enough without planning for the future. Secure your lives in medicare insurance leads.

Some Love quotes

The meaning of love is so unexplainable! Can't be described similarly by everyone.

But one thing is for sure... Love begins with "Friends lang kami (we're just friends)" and ends with "Friends na lang kami (we're now just friends)."

I am jealous of every girl who has even hugged you because in the moment they held my world.

Why don't you try being the girl who has to wonder why all the people she loves.. don't love her back.

You know, it's weird how you still love the person you just stop needing them the way you used to.

You know i like you. I even care for you. Sometimes i even think you are more than just a friend knowing the iba na ang nararamdaman ko para sa yo (that i felt different for you). What if mahalin kaya kita (i will love you)?Huwag nalang siguro(i thought of not), hindi yata masayang magmahal mag-isa(it's painful loving alone).

To love is to risk not being love in return. To live is to risk dying. Make your life longer on life insurance leads.

I don't know

I just don't know where i am going. I don't know what i really want. I don't know what to do first. I doubt what and how to do things.

Presently, all i know is that am not contented with where and what i am now... There were presence of things which i thought not for me and the absence of those what i really want.

But i don't think i need life insurance leads.

Prose writer

A prose writer gets tired of writing prose, and wants to be a poet. So he begins every line with a capital letter, and keeps on writing prose.

Fushigi Yugi

Created by my younger sister Jyzl.....
At first, I don’t really like to watch cartoons. My classmates always talk about it. Sometimes, when I’m tired of hearing those thoughts I just simply say “could you please stop talking about that thing, I can’t relate!” But when I hear them talking about the cartoon entitled “Fushigi Yugi”. So I’m curious about its story, then I decided to borrow the Compact Disc (CD) of Fushigi Yugi.

When I watch the movie, oh! my God. I really like it. What’s the reason why I like it? It’s because the casts are amazing, the movie effects and everything about the story and it’s very easy to understand.

The story has many twists, there’s about love and most of all it a story about friendship. You can learn many things in the story; you can learn how to accept win you lose, learn to understand, learn how to love and understand what is the true meaning of friendship.. Oh! It’s all about sacrificing! One has to win and the other has to lose.

What’s my favorite part? It’s when Tamahomme was poisoned and forget all his friends and forget all his feelings for Miaka. The only person he knows is Yui, the one who poisoned him. He doesn’t remember all. He fight with his friends and even hurt Miaka and also Miaka’s feelings. She says “stop acting like that Tamahomme, please.” In that part I was crying but Miaka didn’t lose hope. She kissed tamahomme…. Ohhhh! How beautiful it is to watch! And the true Tamahomme is back.

And that’s why I like to watch cartoons right now…

Loving cartoons, you may also love health insurance leads.
