Online workshop hones iSchools writers

SUCs iSchools writers from across the country will try to sharpen their skills in writing on the 3-day basic online writing techniques training-workshop at Visayas State University, Baybay, Leyte, from 21st – 24th of April.
Writers are expected to polish initial stories and articles for publishing at the iSchools portal, to enhance basic writing skills, and to learn basic online writing skills.
The writers will go through a series of talk on news, feature and technical writings, photojournalism, and online writing to be facilitated by Ms. Rosella Torrecampo, Jose Torres Jr., and Jimmmy Domingo.
Writers will be grouped into three clusters to facilitate the conduct of training-workshop critiquing and editing. Clusters will be named as VISMIN, Northern Luzon and Southern Luzon.
Each cluster will be required to create a presentation on the three workshops to beconducted: News and Feature writing, Technical Writing and Photojournalism.
The evaluated works during the critiquing and editing activity will be re-written by the iSchools writers and these works will be placed online by creating and developing a blog site. Blog posts will be
assessed to mobilize the selection of what and whose posts will be linked to
the iSchools portal.
Further, the gathering was essential and considered as a preparation for the SUCs iSchools writers to become eligible for the advanced-level training-workshop to be held on June 2010 at Malaybalay, Bukidnon.
A happy traveling is always on the minds of the travelers. And this could be possible when you are into life insurance leads to keep an eye of your health.
